I make noise.
More accurately, I make feedback loops that incorporate physical, electronic, and digital spaces, then capture the resulting waveforms.
The loops incorporate modulations of frequency and amplitude, compression and expansion, reflection and absorption, speakers and microphones, distance and motion.
It’s an ever evolving study of time, space, and resonance.
Some of the spaces I’ve discovered produce beautiful melodic clouds of cascading resonant tones, others reveal terrifying glimpses into the cacophonous void of self reference.
Best experienced in either a dark damp concrete room with very loud speakers, or in a sun dappled forest clearing with high quality headphones.
Warning:
If you encounter any extra-dimensional entities within the loopspace,
please DO NOT approach, feed, or pet them.
They are dangerous, hungry, and unspeakably fragile.
